The Chapter supports and encourages community service. In addition to participating in the ALA Annual Community Challenge Weekend (“CCW”), members participate in several community service projects throughout the year. ALA Tulsa members also support one or more adopted families at Christmas and in 2008 we joined ALA in its 10th year initiative “Smile Train.” ALA Tulsa business partners are encouraged to join ALA Tulsa members in serving the Tulsa community with us.
